If you are unhappy with a purchase made from Ring Factory, you can return new, unopened items within 30 days from your shipping date for a full refund. The returned item should be in their original packaging or tag, accompanied by a copy of your receipt. To return an item, simply login to your account and view the order your purchased on. Click on "Return Item" on the bottom of the page.
